HiShort JSC Global User Agreement

These User Agreement terms (collectively, these "Terms of Service") are a binding legal agreement between you and HiShort JSC ("HiShort," "we," "us," or "our") that govern your use of the HiShort platform.
This agreement covers: (i) the website located at hishortdrama.com (the "Site"), and (ii) any HiShort applications (including mobile applications) licensed or accessed by you through third-party sources (collectively, the "Service").
Notice to Users
The Service is strictly for consumers and not for use by individuals under 14 years of age. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
1.1 Please carefully read these Terms of Service. They affect your legal rights and obligations. These Terms tell you who we are, how we provide the Service, how changes may occur, and what to do if there is a problem.
1.2 By registering for an account or using the Service, you represent that (i) you are age 14 or older, (ii) you fully understand and agree to these Terms, and (iii) if you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
1.3 HiShort JSC reserves the right to change these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2.1 We are HiShort JSC, a company registered in Hanoi, Vietnam.

2.3 When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these Terms, this includes communications via email.
4.1 When registering, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, and complete information and (ii) update such data promptly. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may lead to account suspension.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5.1 Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use and display the Service for personal, non-commercial use on a single device.
The Service may allow you to purchase virtual currency ("Coins") or subscriptions. You acknowledge that pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
REDFUND POLICY: Payments for virtual items or subscriptions are generally final and non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact us within 30 days.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
10.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." HISHORT JSC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
11.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HISHORT JSC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
11.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold HiShort JSC harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
12.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam. For users in the EEA/UK, the laws of your country of residence will apply.
By continuing to use HiShort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these exhaustive Terms of Service.
