Account & Login

How do I create an account?

Download HiShort from the App Store or Google Play. You can sign up with your email address, or use Google, Apple, or Facebook login for quick access.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at hishortdrama@gmail.com for assistance.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Go to your device's subscription settings to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through Apple or Google's refund process. For coin-related issues, contact our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods supported by Apple Pay and Google Pay, including credit/debit cards and carrier billing where available.

Technical Issues

Video is buffering or won't play

Check your internet connection. HiShort streams in adaptive quality — a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection is recommended. Try closing and reopening the app.

App crashes or freezes

Make sure you're using the latest version of HiShort. If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache or reinstalling. Please report persistent crashes to our support email with your device model and OS version.

Subtitles are not showing or out of sync

Toggle subtitles off and on via the subtitle button during playback. If the issue persists, please report the specific episode to us and we'll fix it promptly.

Content & Episodes

How do I unlock locked episodes?

You can unlock episodes by watching reward ads, using coins earned through daily tasks, or subscribing to HiShort VIP for unlimited access to all content.

How do I earn free coins?

Complete daily check-ins, watch reward videos, invite friends, and participate in special events to earn coins that can be used to unlock premium episodes.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the "..." menu on any video and select "Report". Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
